The basis for cataloguing the product is the application of the cataloguing clause in the contract. This clause obliges the supplier to make the technical documentation of the product available to the user and at the same time imposes on the supplier the obligation to apply this clause to its subcontractors in order to ensure the acquisition of technical data for the products it purchases. The requirements of the cataloguing clause are set out in MO Decree No. 5/2001 Coll. Its wording is determined by the user.
